Sam Bascom

Sam has been involved with a variety of alternative building projects, including log building, renovations, and straw bale and light-clay straw construction. He also built his own Earthship in Taos, New Mexico.  During that project he was a member of a progressive construction group that was utilizing radical and effective approaches to building with recycled materials.  Sam also has a B.A. in Education and twenty years of experience running a fiber arts business.
