Lodging Options
Lost Valley offers a variety of lodging options including tiny home or RV sites, apartments, cabins, dorm rooms, and tent sites for rent as part of a community experience. The rental prices for lodging spaces and access to shared facilities can range from $500 to $1500 per month. Rents are based on a common formula applied for square footage and amenities included. All residents pay a site fee of $155 per month which covers the cost of utilities, and the maintenance of shared spaces.
Lost Valley is an Education Center, Event Center, and Intentional Community – all in one! The center is an 87 acre nature sanctuary with about 40 developed acres featuring facilities like classrooms, lodge, outdoor kitchen, and other common spaces unique to our rural community. Interspersed with these shared facilities are the homes of community residents.
Residents, staff, volunteers, interns and visitors share the campus for differing lengths of time, from days to months to years. All residents contribute in some way to keep this place running smoothly.
All leases are month-to-month. Campus Security Deposit rates are currently $1,500. Pets require a one-time deposit of $250 (limit 2 per household). Free-range cats and dogs contribute to habitat-loss for many wildlife, so pets are approved on a case by case basis with community consent. Our forested setting has wonderful biodiversity we hope to maintain.
Cabins ~ sizes range from 272 sq. ft. ~ 800 sq. ft.
Our cabins are nestled in the trees located near our community lodge, kitchen, and bathroom facilities.
Two cabins have wood stoves, but most are heated by space heaters excepting some baseboard heat. Some furnishing included with most cabins.
Some cabins are equipped with running water inside, some are not.
Prices range from around $200 to $600 per month depending on the size and level of amenities.

Townhomes ~ 3 bedroom 2 bath 1080 sq. ft.
Electric not included. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, woodstove, large front deck with view of the shared organic garden & chicken coop.
Prices are around $1,140 per month.
Apartment ~ 2 bedroom 1 bath 700 sq. ft. (Downstairs and upstairs unit)
Electric not included. Wood floors, vaulted ceiling, skylights, large front deck with a view of shared organic garden and chicken coop.
Prices are around $800 per unit.
Tiny Home / RV
No dump station. Electric and water hookups available. Beautiful views and nature trails.
Composting toilets, and outdoor kitchen available for use in the area.
Prices are around $320 per site.
Dorms
Individual rooms with shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen.
Prices are around $300 per dorm room.
Camping
Off-grid tent sites. Residents will have access to all shared bathrooms, composting toilets, and kitchen spaces.
Car camping at an RV site is $275 per month.
Tent camping is $150 per month.
